Vacuum Forming

We typically form ABS, Polystyrene, PET, PVC, and Kydex.  Many other thermoplastics can also be formed on our machinery.  We offer everything in house from Mold Creation, forming, trimming, jigs, and assembly.  We also manage and supply support processes such as polishing/texturing, repair, fabrication, welding etc.

  • Deep draw (up to 18″ can be done)
  • Up to 1/4″ thick material
  • Small run or large.  We can create molds to best suit the number of parts being formed.

ISF can build from your CAD files (3D or 2D), PDF, and even sketches.  If your design isn’t finalized we can help finish to aid in the manufacturing process.  Show us your new or established products and see how we can help.
